This white pul is waterproof, has a some one-way stretch.
Eco-friendly PUL fabric is made with a solvent-free, environmentally friendly adhesive. The lamination film is also safe in contact with skin. No toxic wastes or VOCs.
Fabric is not pre-cut. Multiples are given one continuous piece.
